Rates
Standard rates are $136 for all sessions. Testing fees are extra and vary depending on the assessment given. Your therapist will clearly discuss these with you before you take the assessment.
Premarital counseling packages are available for $500 for 6-10 sessions. This fee includes all materials and testing fees.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Insurance plans vary greatly in the amount and frequency of coverage. Be sure to verify your coverage before your appointment if you have any questions. We can also provide you with coded receipts for other plans that you can file with your Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, or insurance company.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be cancelled 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled session time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the following charges:
